At our club, we are committed to keeping participation accessible while ensuring the sustainability of our classes and coaching provision.
1. Purpose
We offer concessionary rates to support families who are experiencing financial hardship and may otherwise find participation difficult.
2. Eligibility for Concessionary Rates
Concessions are available to families who can demonstrate financial hardship. This is typically defined as being in receipt of means-tested benefits, such as:
- Universal Credit
- Income Support
- Income-based Jobseeker’s Allowance
- Income-related Employment and Support Allowance
- Housing Benefit
- Working Tax Credit / Child Tax Credit (legacy cases)
Other means-tested or low-income support arrangements may also be considered on a case-by-case basis.
3. Disability-Related Benefits
We recognise that some families receive disability-related benefits, such as Disability Living Allowance (DLA) or Personal Independence Payment (PIP), which are awarded based on care or mobility needs rather than household income.
These benefits do not automatically qualify for concessionary rates, as they are not means-tested. However, we understand that additional care needs can create financial pressure, and we are happy to review individual circumstances where appropriate.
4. Assessment Process
To ensure fairness and consistency:
- Concession requests must be submitted in confidence to the club administration team at support@projudo.co.uk
- We may request basic evidence of eligibility (e.g. award letter or benefit confirmation).
- All information will be treated confidentially and used solely for assessing eligibility.
5. Review and Discretion
Concessions are granted at the discretion of the club. We reserve the right to review eligibility periodically and adjust arrangements where circumstances change.
6. Our Commitment
We aim to:
- Keep participation as accessible as possible
- Treat all families with respect and dignity
- Apply policies consistently and transparently
