The classes will be a mixture of techniques, fitness and stretching. The techniques part of the session will allow you to experience some judo moves in a safe and controlled environment. The fitness element is important as many of the throws in judo require a good level of fitness, power and explosiveness. The session will finish with a period of stretching to get your muscles and joint ready for your next session.
